Convention Fee $65
The following discounts for signing up early will automatically be applied to your on line registration!
Before December 1: $15 discount from ConventionrRegistration only
December1 through December 31: $10 discount from ConventionrRegistration only
January 1 through January 22: $5 discount from ConventionrRegistration only
This fee includes:
- All convention programs.
- Featured speakers Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday morning.
- Friday evening kick-off welcome reception with Mexican hors d'oeuvres.
- Saturday night entertainment.
- Full continental breakfast on Sunday.

Saturday Night Banquet $30
An elegant sunset buffet banquet overlooking the Banderas Bay. Limited seating. This event always sells out. Sign up now to avoid disappointment.
Companion Banquet Ticket $50
If your non AA/Al Anon companion, spouse or significant other prefers NOT to attend ANY OTHER Conference events they may still join you at the Saturday Night Banquet which includes the Speaker and the Social afterwards. Registered AA/AL Anon attendees are limited to 1 Companion ticket per Conference Registration & Saturday Night Buffet. Attendance at any other conference activities will require that a registration fee be paid.
Sober Cruise $40

There are 6 room grades: (room prices shown do not include taxes.)
- Standard Deluxe: $110, in the Acueducto garden setting complex

- Club or Grand Tower Garden View: $116, in the 4 story complex on the beach or the new Tower adjacent to the beach

- Grand Tower Ocean View: $122, in the new tower adjacent to the beach

- One Bedroom Suite: $145: a large bedroom and bath plus a separate living space which includes a living room style conversation area, a small food preparation area and a dining area.

- Large 3 Bedroom Suite: $355: Includes a one bedroom suite as described above, plus two additional bedrooms each with a private bath. (No pictures available.)

Some rooms have 2 bed options: 1 King-sized bed or 2 Double beds.
Room rates are per room type for occupancy by one or two persons.
Additional people (maximum two) can be accommodated for a fee of $40 a person. It's not too comfortable that way, but it can be done.
Rooms book up fast and your first choice may not be available. The on-line registration page will not allow you to book a category that is sold out, in which case you will need to chose another room type.

Registration by mail
There are some folks who just aren't comfortable with all this electronics stuff! If you're one of those, don't despair. We'll do our best to help, but there ARE some restrictions you need to know about.
- We cannot confirm your registration except by email (the mail service in Mexico is neither fast nor efficient.)
- We MUST get your registration in our Texas mailbox by December 30th in order to process it. Since you won't know when your registration will arrive, please be sure to mail it early.
Complete instructions are on this downloadable form, or on the form someone in your meeting rooms was nice enough to provide.
Our best advice is still to see if you can get someone to help you to register on line. But if not, we'll do our best to be of service. And no matter how you get here, we're sure you'll have a great time!
